Looking good! I started my first pork butt of the year about an hour ago. Can't wait until I can tear in to it!

fresh out of the package. Dusted with my own dry rub. about it hours in to the cook. Smoking with hickory chips. 6 hours in to the cook. No need for the hickory at this point. fresh off the smoker. Ready to rest before pulling. 9.5 lb. Pork butt turned into pulled pork. Came out moist and tender. Final IT was 195 degrees. Bone pulled out clean. This was good eating!
