Hi I'm new to the forum. I have had a Green Mtn Grill for a couple years and absolutely love this grill! I want to get into smoking larger quantities of meat, Jerky, Steaks, Roasts, Etc. I have an old GE Refrigerator and am preparing to build this unit into a fantastic smoker. Any words of wisdom would be appreciated!
