Hi guys and gals
I'm from Kelso, Washington and I have been smoking meat for about a year now. I stumbled into this site by chance and decided to join the community. My current unit is a Traeger lil Tex Pro and it makes me smile every time I look at it. I've made ribs and chicken but pride myself on the pulled pork. Can't wait to talk with some of you and learn more.

Welcome from NY.  You picked the best site to land on, these guys will keep you adding to your list of things to smoke forever.

I too am quite new to smoking but you try one thing and it leads to another. 

Put your questions out there and they will be answered.

Welcome from SC. It's good to have you on this great site. I like fried chicken livers ok, but my favorite is gizzards. They're just hard to find in the chicken joints around here.
