I'm new to smoking, but I'm always looking for new ways to keep variety in my diet. I was 380 lbs in July of 2015. Currently about 270 at end of February of 2016. I picked up a Masterbuilt electric during the cyber Monday deals since I can smoke lean and stay within my diet plan. I'm always open eared to salt free seasonings or runs. I've enjoyed all I've seen on the forum so far.
