I got my Masterbuilt Elite Sportsman in October (it was on sale at Bass Pro) and finally used it about a month ago and smoked a rack of ribs. I did the 3-2-1 method. Meat slipped right off the bones. I also did a venison back strap wrapped in bacon. Both were very tasty. Two weeks ago I smoked chicken wings and a pork loin. Was not impressed with the wings, but the pork loin was awesome. I'm from NH. I have smoked home made deer sausage with my brother in-laws in the past.
