Good Morning All,
I've been viewing and using this site as a reference for several months now and decided to finally join. I'm from Centennial, Colorado and have lived her since 1997 after moving from Iowa.
I took up smoker cooking when I received my first Brinkmann electric smoker as a Christmas gift back in 2002 and have never looked back. I'm on my third smoker now and have switched over to charcoal. Along with two friends of mine, we throw and annual 'Smokerpalooza' party every summer. We cook for around 40 people and have done everything from almonds to alligator.
I'm looking for ward to learning about those types of things that I never thought to ask.
