I unexpectedly had a buddy come by for a few hours who had been out in the field, eating a lot of processed food, for over a month. I figured going light and easy on smoke was the way to go so I grabbed some marinaded tenderloin and chicken breast from meat counter due to limited time. I fired up my weber while he got a shower and laundry done and my wife steamed broccoli and rice. Nothing special, but light and easy meal to get a buddy recharged.

Looks great to me!

I'm sure your buddy enjoyed it.
Thank you Rabbit. Very good meal and he left with a smile!

Looks very good!  I know what its like being out in the field for an extended time and I just KNOW your buddy really appreciated that meal.

Thank you Gary. There is nothing like coming back and eating real food after a shower! Its not even craving a big heavy meal, but just nutrients and quality. As you know its the small things that we get to regularly learn appreciate again!
