Smoking with pecan and hickory on the WSM. One of the chuckies was still frozen so I tossed it back in the freezer. Chuckie seasoned with bold Lea and perrins,garlic,dehydrated onion,salt and cbp. Plan to smoke about 4 hours and pan with some broth. Baby backs cut in half seasoned one with spg and dehydrated onion the other with Backdraft bbq honey dust rub.
