Pulled chuckie and a rack of BB

Smoking with pecan and hickory on the WSM. One of the chuckies was still frozen so I tossed it back in the freezer. Chuckie seasoned with bold Lea and perrins,garlic,dehydrated onion,salt and cbp. Plan to smoke about 4 hours and pan with some broth. Baby backs cut in half seasoned one with spg and dehydrated onion the other with Backdraft bbq honey dust rub.

Ribs were tasty,I tossed the chuckie in the oven will see if it gets tender or is a hockey puck when finished its putting up a good fight!biggrin.gif

Okay made some breakfast with some of the chuckie. Cooked up onions,mushrooms,a couple over easy eggs warmed the chuckie tossed the onion,mushrooms and some cheese in and topped the eggs!
