partially smoked sausge left out over night at about 65 degrees
3/4 smoked to about 135 140 than left out over night is it still good?
If it was cured, I would say it's OK.
But I'm no sausage expert.
I'm sure someone more knowledgeable than me will be along soon.

I would say your good to go with it being cured and smoked to 140.
