I added 2 tsp of Anise. Because I like Anise.
Our favorite way to make it is fried with potatoes, onions and bell peppers. All you need is bread & butter and maybe a green veg.
I think we've found a " keeper". Next time, though, I'll make a few patties to freeze instead of stuffing it all. A word of warning, though, this recipe isn't for the faint hearted! 😉
