Batch 2 Montreal chicken seasoning
Marinate for 1 hr
Pre heat smoker to 225-240
Cook 1 hr until IT 165
Remove heat deflector and get egg up to 550 to crisp skins
My wife made a mushroom white sauce and we tossed them in it. Amazing results , still need to work on getting skin more crispy . I removed from grill a tiny bit early because I was afraid of burning them.
