Ribeye and Lobster Tail - Valentines Day Dinner

First trial run with the Vortex from Smoke Daddy on the gas grill. Cold smoked 2 ribeye steaks for a little over an hour then grilled along with a few lobster tails - added a few veggies and presto, Valentines Day dinner. Vortex lit easily and stayed burning to the end. Burned from 2 directions using the small section - lasted about 2 hours.  Definitely going to try with a longer smoke next time - the larger ring is suppose to burn up to 10 hours.

That's a nice looking plate.

Whoever you shared Valentines Day with, I bet was very appreciative of your efforts.

Nice job!

Great looking meal, MB.

Funny, made the very same combo for Valentine's Day. Two rib eyes + two lobster tails - cold smoked followed by sous vide, then seared. I'm sure you enjoyed your meal as much as we did ours.

Nice job.
