Ribeyes and mashed cauliflower

Found some not thin cut steaks in sale. Still not as thick as I like, but also not those 1/4" thick things they feel the need to sell.

Marinated the steaks in the vacuum tumbler. Worchestshire, Black Butte Porter, garlic, white pepper.

Mashed cauliflower is simple. Steam cauliflower until super soft. While steaming sauté one shallot and two minced cloves of garlic, salt and pepper. Add sautéed shallot and garlic to cauliflower. Also add 1/4 cup Parmesan, and one tablespoon cream cheese. Mash and mix together.

Fired up the the SMJ and grilled the steaks.

Looks delicious Case...nicely done!  I've always liked the looks of those tumblers...I oughta get one of those gadgets from Todd before they're gone for good.

If you get a tumbler also get an extra canister if he still has them too. I have 4 and use all of them when making jerky. I ca marinate 4 different flavors if I want, works great
 
Case that looks good to me,I'm still stuck cooking in the kitchen.Raining sideways today 40 plus mile wind blowing
