Saw these at the store and had to see what a little smoke would do. Turned out pretty good!

I love steak! Looks like they were still juicy what was your final IT and what wood did you use?

I cooked to 158, that's what the maverick said. Then threw on the grill for a few minutes on each side. I used hickory chips in my mes.
