A friend of mine just bought one and he loves it. He has only had it a week and has already smoked Brisket, Ribs,chicken,sausage, Burgers and steaks...I just ordered me one and am really looking forward to receiving it and using it. I already have the meat lined out that I am going to smoke on it...It has a great temp. range and it will make a smoke ring...

If it were me I would buy a RecTec, the main reason is the PID temperature control.
