I smoked my first wings (wingettes) wings and drumsticks, a week ago.  I followed the "Dadgum good" from masterbuilt website.  the drumsticks were great, however the wings skin were very rubbery and i just wound up peeling that part off because the meat was great.  Any advice on why this happened? or is this normal for a smoked wing? Am i missing a step somewhere? Thanks in advance.

You can finish them under your oven's broiler (but be careful and keep an eye on them) or as spacedbysapp said above.

On the grill works as well.

Keep on smoking,

John

I have heard people deep frying as well but personally grill or broil as mentioned before!
