Hi my name is Hosea and I am from Gretna mb . I grew up in the Mennonite area and learned how to make Mennonite farmers sausage. The smoker I use now is a freezer with racks and dampers. This is a great forum and will be using all of your ideas for future smoking. I have moved to alberta and there is a great demand for Mennonite farmers sausage. Thanks
