Picked up some fresh wings from my local store
Seasoned them up with jeffs dry rub. Now gonna let them sit for a few hours to soak up all that goodness.

Should be tasty, what kind of wood are you going to use? FYI higher temp smokes (300° +) will create a better skin.

That should work great, I did a bunch of smoked wings on my WSM for Super Bowl and just finished them in a 400° oven for 10 minutes before saucing them. That worked real well.
