What is going on!  Recently retired from the Army and decided I wanted to learn how to smoke meat.  Picked up a Yoder YS-640 and was bitten by the bug and have not looked back.  Enjoying every minute of it.  Attended Cookshack Smokers competition BBQ class a couple months ago which definately positively altered the learning curve for me.  Anyways, glad to be here and hoping to learn a TON!  Thank you kindly.

Good luck and good smokin', Joe
