Pic taken at 2 pm. Temp at 152. Bumped pit temp to 230 to 240. Meat temp at 163. Trying to decide weather or not to foil or not
 
Now to prep wings. Rub is a buffalo chicken rub. Trimmed wings, applied rub and letting them do their thing for awhile in the fridge
