Big Game Ribs and Wings!

The ribs were a hit.  The wings were too smoky, even for me.  Pecan wood smoked the entire cooking time. The family says  they prefer the grilled wings to the smoked.  I would have to agree with them.

I keep seeing all these beautiful smoked wings and I keep swearing I am gonna try, but I do love my fried wings tossed in the magic hot sauce concoction! BTW Alot of times I use the .89 drumsticks instead of those expensive wings. I call 'em Cajun Hot Drumettes!
 
Only difference between wings and quarters.... some brine time and some dollars. Lets get back to those dap smoked buffalo frog legs.......
