Hello Everyone!

I am semi new to smoking as I have always done it on my charcoal grill but never using an electric smoker.

I have the MES 40 and have done two Boston butts in it so far and they turned out fantastic.

I have live in Middle Georgia (Warner Robins) for about 14 years coming from North West Alabama (The Shoals).

I am definitely hooked on smoking now!

Looking forward to many years of learning and trying new things to smoke!
