Looks like y'all have a good batch going!  When the gloves stick in the meat like that, you know it's mixed WELL!

A couple of those sticks and a cold one would be great about now!
 
Good day for smoking here at the farm ,Temps are in the 40's , usually if I make a batch of sausage or smoke anything in the winter the Temps plunge to single digits .Smoke has temp sitting at 165 smokie temp at 120 and rising ,I'll post pictures when I pull them out (should be just about adult beverage time then >>>

Looks great. That's a beast of a stuffer. I have one too, but don't use it.

Where do you find tubes to fit it?
 
Sorry c farmer that is where I got my smokie tube (snack stick tube ) check e-%$ay  and also chop rite site
