Well we decided on Tri tip for dinner,thanks Mike! Was planning a R/S left the gasser in the garage to warm up went to sear the TT and was out of gas:). The wife had the taters done so we ate those and pan seared and oven finished the TT didn't want to wait to finish on the WSM. Here's the before shot SPOG and pecan for smoke.
