Hell yall. So me and my family want to smoke a brisket for the Super Bowl. We have done it once before ( a long time ago and I can't remember which recipe) but it was tougher than rubber. And we wanted a melt in your mouth fall off the fork tender brisket. So I'm asking you guys. What's your best brisket recipe?

(Or if there is a conclusive great one for our smoker that would be wonderful).

I don't mind beginning the smoking the day before and I wanna do all the necessary steps to ensure an awesome brisket.

The more specific the better! (Whatever recipe we used wasn't specific enough)
-how many times do you add wood chips per hour?
-all the necessary prepping of the meat, rub etc
-wrapping it in foil, letting it sit
-basically as step by step as a man can get

Also we are a family of 5 that like to eat so it's going to be a large brisket!

Thanks so much! And I'll be sure to post my progress and pictures ASAP!!!!
