Hi All,

I live in Framingham Ma just 30 minutes west of Boston.  I have been grilling for over 30 years but this past year I purchased a Masterbuilt electric digital smoker.

I'm looking forward to learning more about rubs and sauces and also cooking techniques to make great tasting food.

There's so much info on line but cooking times range from 3 hours all the way up to 6 or 7 hours to cook ribs.  It can get confusing.

My first season was limited to chicken and ribs but friends and neighbors couldn't say enough good things about my food. I think I can get much better at it though.

Also might like to try my hand at brisket this summer.

Thanks.

Welcome to the group!  You've seen that there are many methods to get good Q, keep experimenting until you find what you like.  Go for it with that brisket!
