Just like fly fishing, smoking and grilling is a passion.The choices for BBQ are growing in the Intermountain West, but not quite what you find in Georgia, Tennessee, and North Carolina. All places that are important to my personal BBQ history. So, making my own has been a joyful pursuit that I look to expanding with Smoking Meet Forums.
