Beer Can Chickee in da MES30 Smoker

Yahoo, 50*+ today! Beer can chickee in da smoker now! :) Smile

My MES 30 does well getting up to and maintaining it's temp if it's over 50*, has a bit more trouble if it is below 35*. :icon_confused:

 

3-4 more hours it'll be done and gonna be some GOOD eating!
Michelob Amber Bock can in the bird (and me) after an Olive Oil/BBQ spices rub, 24 hour seasoned brine soak.  Amber Bock in the drip pan shown also.

You just can't beat beer can chicken!
