That is some fine looking sausage. With all that sausage around, have you ever considered adopting a fat old Canadian?

Thanks for the support and points all!

 

This is one of those times when you get a batch or peppers that are without heat!  I brought some of the jalapeno cheese in to work today, and the peppers have very little heat at all, great flavor, just no bite...
