Pulled and hit with finishing sauce AFTER about a 4 hour rest in the cooler with towels-

Love the top pick as it shows a nice smoke ring.  Bottom one after a bit of pull and chop to fully mix all the goodness throughout.

Not trying to hijack the thread, but didn't think it warranted starting another either.

Hope someone enjoys them! Just figured out how to post a pic here...

Good addition Foam! I often mix the Sweet Finishing Sauce with the Tangy, essentially doing what you did...JJ

HGW pork injection

3 parts simply apple juice or apple cider

1 part apple cider vinegar

and a very generous dose of rub, Wisk together well and inject,

JJ' finishing sauce is very nice and pretty much save my first PP from certain disaster.
