Hello all, 

Name is Curt and i live in southwest Montana.  Been smoking meats off and on for some time but really just found a passion in it.  I have a MES 40 and a Traeger mini for my smoking needs.  Previous to that I used a Big Chief and a master built propane vertical smoker for all my stuff.  The MES is quite the upgrade. I have some experience in ribs, sausage, and jerky.  Recently been playing with Chicken and pork.  Thats all I have for now.  Happy Smoking.
