Any idea what kind of knives these r?[IMG]

Well, the edge is hollow ground, both seem to be slicing knives, and they look like a style from the 80s or so.

Get a better pic of the makers mark and I'll see what I can find.

Looks like that's it.

 

I can't find much more about the actual knives shown though.

Sure.  Most prefer a flat grind for slicing brisket, but the hollow grind will work.

 

If possible, I'd put a VERY steep edge on the blade and I'd cut on a wood cutting board to protect the edge.

​Those knifes will hold a razor edge for long period of time,I have arthritis and can no longer use my stones.I did how ever find a sharpener that is great.
