Yesterday I smoked my first brisket flat, my second pork butt, some beans and a few potatoes (2 sweet ones for the wife, 2 for the boys).  I have to give some props to Bearcarver since I basically followed his 101 thread for the meat.  I've been playing with the rubs and am doing ok so far!  For the beans I just used some Bush's Original and added some green and red bell pepper and an onion.

Rubbed and ready....
