Uncle Crawfords Beef Jerky w/ QVIEW

Crawford Beef Jerky:

3 Pounds Rump Roast


Ingredients:

 

 

15oz

Crystal or La Choy Soy Sauce

1 cups

Water

3 tbsp.

Brown Sugar

1 tbsp.

Black Pepper

1 tsp.

Red Pepper

½ tsp.

Garlic Powder

 

 


Directions:

 

1)       Combine all ingredients mixing thoroughly.

2)       Put onto fridge 2 days Mixing every 12 hours.

3)       Remove from fridge place on paper towel and pat dry.

4)       Place on smoker at 130 till done.

 

 

All the Ingredients Ready to go.

 

Taking the fat off

Trying to get all the fat off

Doing a little cutting @ 3/8 inch thick
