I am in Solvang, the Danish Capital of America.
My outdoor kitchen includes a Kamado Joe Classic, old Weber gas grill, Weber kettle, Blackstone pizza oven and a Bradley original smoker. Did the Auber controller for the Bradley and it works great and the Kamado Joe is absolutely wonderful.
The BOS has been busy with jerky, pork ribs and cheese.
When not cooking, I have a little wood shop where I make sawdust and also enjoy keeping a '59 MGA roadster on the road.
