Retired guy here. Just noticed this forum cause I was looking for some info on bacon, which I've recently tried with disappointing results, which I'll get into in more detail on another post. I've done briskets, pulled pork, ribs, jerky, etc. I have a Weber Kettle (my favorite) Weber Smoky Mountain, recently sold my big green egg.
You probably won't see a lot of me here. I'm usually not real active on forums. I'm still looking forward to the help and ideas I can harvest from you all. Thanks
