Hello everyone. I've been BBQing for years with propane but this past summer I decided to get a very inexpensive smoker and a relatively inexpensive charcoal BBQ. I can say that with the help of the Internet and a couple of great books, I'm having a great time. Great resource here and I look forward to sharing my success and failures here with my fellow meat lovers. Cheers!
