Pork shoulder today!

I put a pork shoulder on this morning. Smoking it with cherry wood from my backyard.

$.99 a pound, can't beat it with a stick!

Update,
Just npulled it off the smoker to finish in the oven. It stalled at about 163,and I was using alot of charcoal. It's only 20 degrees out,so in the oven you go!

It's almost ready to come out of the oven...199 degrees just now. I let it get to 208 in the oven,then rest it for an hour in a cooler.

That picture was from when I took it from the smoker to the oven.

I put it on just before 8am, and pulled it apart about 8:30 pm.
