Sherwood Park Alberta Canada

I have been smoking everything that fits through the door of my smoker. 1948 International Refrigerator. This is the budget smoker. Here is the dream smoker when I retire...

Foods I love: Anything with the word Pork in it. Also anything with the word fish in it. I also do jerky and anything that fits through the door of the smoker.

Fine specimen,

I have a 1938 Gm Frigidaire I have always wanted to convert to smoking. I just hate to because I can make it cool again.

What part of Edmonton? We are just outside of Sherwood Park on highway 21.How deep in are you on the smoking? Myself basically if it fits through the door it gets it. Advanced to making my own sausages and pepperoni. what a difference when you put it together yourself. I also follow Sausage debauchery and those boys take meat possessing to a new level. Here is a board I did for a lunch with a few friends.  This is aged smoked pork loin and yes it tastes as good as it looks.

End of the month I am throwing a bacon 101 course for some novices that just bought smokers at the local church on Saturday the 30th. If you want to come out and help always use a good hand. Doing back bacon and slab hands on demo and lunch. Not a service, lol Just a community event for the guys. Don't panic you won't self-combust  if you come through the front door. lol

Nice to see a local for a change, I have been to New Orleans to bump into a few folks but the exchange kind of quashed that Idea.
