Hello from Egypt

Hello there,

I am Hakam from Egypt, I live in the suburbs of Cairo.

I came across this forum while I was looking for smoker ideas and recipes, now I am building my first smoker and I think sure it is the first one in Egypt too.

Currently I am one work day away from the first fire-up.

Some details about my upcoming smoker; it is a double barrel smoker that me and my friend build from scratch (no kits, just two barrels and a bunch of steel pieces). I am attaching a picture to this post.


As you can see it still needs some work and a paintjob.

I am thinking to smoke some beef ribs as a test, if anyone can help with a recipe or something that would be super.
