Tried something a little different, made a batch of Mongolian Beef Jerky Sticks. These turned out much better that I thought they would and work good as a garnish in a Bloody Mary too!
I start with this packet of seasoning for the flavor, there isn't and salt or cure in it so I add both plus onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika and smoke powder. All of the extras are totally personal preference. I then dried them in my dehydrator until they were the texture I was looking for.
