My name is LeRoy and I live in Lincoln, Mi. I am new to smoking but not new to eating it. :)
I just got a gas/charcoal smoker and cant wait to use it.
I have lived all over the US and travel for work. I have all ways wanted to do this but never had the time, well now I am making the time. What finely convinced me was I made some venison summer sausage using my brothers smoker. Now I have one of my own.
Just starting from scratch and looking forward to it.
