Both are in a similar rub - one has some cayenne in on it though.
Doing a 2-2-1. Wrapping in butter and brown sugar after two hours, then in the foil for 2 hours, then back on the smoke.
Smoking over cherry and apple. This is my first real smoke on the weber - I think I got the charcoal figured out now and we are holding strong.
