I had the last sammich today for lunch and decided to heat the meat up in the microwave.  We have a new guy that started Monday, so he hasn't yet experienced any of the goodies I bring in, but he has heard about them.  He was quite disappointed when I told him it was my lunch and not a goody bag for the department.  The kitchen smelled awesome and it wafted down the hall a bit.

I guess I'll have to bring him some snack sticks tomorrow to make up for it.

Flat is still corning!  I'll make a new post for it when it's done.  Now to answer the question my wife has posed to me...  Pastrami or corned beef?  Dunno!!!
