Hi All, thanks for having me here! Took a couple of years off from grilling and smoking due to health, but now back into it with a vengeance. Those couple of years gave me some ideas and now I'm implementing them and I started a BBQ company that I hope makes an impact in the industry. Looking forward to sharing and receiving some great tips, but then what else can I expect from the best freaking forum on the internet for smoking my meat!
