Finally got some time to light up the new smoker and have some friends over. Picked up a rack of spare ribs and a rack of baby backs, 2 wheels of sausage, and made a few ABT's.
Smoker ran great, producing thick applewood smoke and maintaining good temp.
Don't have a shot of the finished product, everyone was too hungry to wait. Most of the ribs were a little overdone but one half rack came out absolutely incredible. Guess I got to check them more often but I was afraid to open the door because it was freezing out and didn't want heat to escape. ABTs were awesome and so was the pork sausage. Not buying chicken sausage again. Overall great first experience with the MES 30.
