Local volunteer fire fighter,26yr old male, just recently started smoking meat in my electric smoker. I've done ribs a few times and lots of pork tendrloins. Trying to branch out from pork a little bit.willing to take any advice I can get as well as recipes ;)

Welcome from SC. It's really good to have you on this great site. Thank you for your fire fighting service. There are a lot of good folks here who are always eager to share their ideas and tips. All you have to do is ask and keep reading. For a ton of general info, go to the search bar at the top of the page and ask.

Good luck and keep on smokin', Joe :grilling_smilie:
