I am located in Minnesota.  I have a Weber 22" Master-Touch with a Slow 'N Sear.  So far I have done 4 baby backs, 2 turkeys, one tri tip, beans, almonds and a few reverse seared steaks.

I'm on hold until the temps get up in the teens.

To SMF glad to have you on board. Take the time to read Initial Greeting on Home page for some helpful info about how to get around the sight. Also on top of Home page is a search engine to help.

Welcome to the forum. I'm in Florida so anything below 50 is cold to us. My son is in Kansas & had to build a shed with a space heater to put his smoker in so he could smoke when the temps get too cold. Good luck & looking forward to seeing some of your cooks.

Good luck and keep on smokin'. Don't forget to post some pics of your cooks. Joe
