My first batch of venison summer sausage

Was very worried how it would turn out. This batch is cracked black pepper and garlic with chedder cheese... Going to do jalapeño and cheddar tomorrow..

Instead of adding a link to a jpeg file, just use the insert Image icon at the top of the text box & put your photo's in the text.

By the way the sausage looks excellent! Good job!
