Hi, my name is Noel, and i live in Melbourne Australia, but was born in Ireland and have lived in a couple of other countries in between. i am a newby to smoking and have just bought my first smoker, a Weber Smokey Mountain Grill 18'', to complement my gas fired BBQ grill. i have become interested in 'real BBQ' after watching BBQ Pit masters and a couple of other TV shows. i will also be attending the Melbourne BBQ festival on the 6th February and looking forward to seeing Chris Lilly smoking things up. regards to y'all. its 41C here in Melbourne today and we are all feeling a little 'grilled'.
